I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD Human Resources professional with over 17 years' experience in Generalist HR, HR Change and Organisational Development, and more recently within Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy and implementation. I am passionate about people and creating environments where they can thrive.

I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD Human Resources professional with over 17 years' experience in Generalist HR, HR Change and Organisational Development, and more recently within Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy and implementation. I am passionate about people and creating environments where they can thrive.
As an EMCC qualified coach and Insights Discovery Practitioner, I have worked with up coming talent and members of the board to optimise both their own performance and that of their teams.
My experience is founded primarily in large Professional services, Financial Services and Asset Management organisations, working as part of the Leadership Teams on all aspects of the people cycle, people strategy, talent development, talent acquisition and ED&I policy and strategy.
I am very values driven, and my approach has always been to be authentic, make connections, build relationships and strive for the best outcome.
